If you purchased a Merlin Annual Pass, prior to the digital passes than you will need to collect your physical card at our admissions desk. Please take your booking reference number provided to you via email and the payment card you used. The team there will then make up your pass/passes for you on arrival. If a member of your family cannot be present on the day, please take a passport sized photograph of them so this can be scanned onto the pass. Without a photo, the pass cannot be made up. All other photos will be taken on the day.
Please be aware physical Merlin Annual Passes must be collected within 7 days from the date of purchase as they automatically activate on the 8th day.
If you bought your Merlin Annual Passes from May 2020 onwards, your pass is digital and there is no physical card required to be collected. All you need to do is show the barcode on your phone at the attraction entrance for our staff to scan.
In line with Government advice, our attraction has reduced capacity and limited tickets during this time. It is now essential that all Annual Passholders reserve their spot by pre-booking their visit online. This is to guarantee entry.
