When purchasing your Merlin Annual Pass you will be asked to upload a photo of each pass holder. Please note this photo must be a clear, colour head shot of the person that does not have hats, sunglasses, filters (including Snapchat) or other people within the photo.
Your new Merlin Annual Passes is digital and there is no physical card required to be collected. All you need to do is show the barcode on your phone at the attraction entrance for our staff to scan and ensure that you pre-book your entry time.
